HMU160 series products are high-performance horizontal five-axis machining centers independently developed for new energy vehicles and other industries. This series of products is equipped with fast speed up to 100m/min, acceleration 1G linear shaft, up to 40r/min torque motor direct drive rotation shaft, the whole machine dynamic performance is excellent. The linear axis with the positioning accuracy below 0.01mm and the rotating axis with the Angle positioning accuracy below 15sec can provide an effective guarantee for users to process high-precision parts. High speed, high precision, high efficiency, rich configuration, powerful five-axis linkage and automation functions can meet the efficient processing needs of customers for complex special-shaped parts, especially suitable for aluminum alloy subframe processing of new energy vehicles.
